Wedding Painting: A Moment in Rittenhouse Square

If you are getting married in a church and can't decide if that is a good fit for a wedding painting, let this be your sign from the universe that churches and wedding paintings go together like peanut butter and jelly. Churches add such a beautiful, meaningful touch to a wedding painting and because I paint buildings in addition to people, I will make sure to capture that for you!

"But, Rachel, I'm getting married in a church but I like the setting of my reception better." Not a problem. As an artist, I can capture whatever YOUR vision for your heirloom is, whether that is at the altar, at the reception, or elsewhere.

When I finished this wedding painting commission, I knew it DESERVED a photoshoot in Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, PA. So, I grabbed my easel, the finished artwork, and my trusty gold frame, and headed into the heart of the city. Did I get a few stares? Some comments from onlookers? A parking ticket? Yes to all but the latter-- minor Philly miracle!

Huge bucket list item: doing a live wedding painting in Rittenhouse Square.
