Commission Process

  1. Complete the commission form below. A response will be provided within 48 hours to schedule a consultation call.

  2. During the consultation call, Rachel will discuss your vision for the piece, including subject matter, composition, and any reference imagery provided.

  3. A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to initiate the commission.

  4. Upon receipt of the deposit, Rachel will begin creating the original artwork.

  5. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment.

  6. Relax while your painting is completed and prepared for delivery. The creation process typically takes 4–6 weeks, plus additional time for shipping.
